K2 is the most popular and awarded content extension for Joomla! with CCK-like features. We also uses it in most of our Joomla templates. K2 provides an out-of-the box integrated solution featuring rich content forms for items (think of Joomla! articles with additional fields for article images, videos, image galleries and attachments), today i will show you how to use K2 content slideshow module, it's a FREE module for Joomla 3 version and it's RESPONSIVE slideshow.

+ After installed this module successful, you can create K2 category and K2 articles:

+ Create your article for slideshow: Insert your article title (it will show as your slide item title on your slideshow module) and select category:

+ Add intro text and button link: You can insert url with boostrap button class and i add a sample link "Read More".

+ Add image: Click red area 2  and select your image from server or upload new image.

Now k2 article item has been created and you should add more k2 items, but your K2 slideshow still doesn't configured. You must enable module, select category to load k2 items for slideshow, select image size, speed, timeout ... and remember assign to a position, select menu/page to show and publish module to show.
